DFW is American Airlines' fortress hub with nonstops to over a dozen Mexican cities, and Love Field adds Southwest's Cancún and Cabo routes. Dallas–Fort Worth's huge vet market means you can usually get a 48-hour appointment — but call ahead and confirm the clinic has downloaded the NWS form.
The requirement: since August 3, 2026, dogs entering Mexico from the US must carry an NWS Inspection Certificate signed by a USDA-accredited veterinarian within 5 days of arrival in Mexico.
